Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Daily therapy is performed under the order of a physician licensed in the State of Alaska.

This posting is for multiple openings of Occupational Therapists in Adult Inpatient Therapies department at Providence Alaska Medical Center, AK. We are hiring for:

  1. Occupational Therapist

  • Full-Time Adult Inpatient (1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week) - $5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires, and Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

  1. Occupational Therapist

  • Full-Time Float (1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week) - $5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires, and Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or

  • Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy

  • Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist License

  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years in subspecialty.
