• Salary: $34,320 - $58,500, Compensation dependent on experience.*

Qualifications:

• Meets the qualifications as established by APTA
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Arizona(required upon start date)
• Must hold a Master's (minimum) degree in the field of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
