Signature Healthcare's Brockton Hospital is hiring a Full-Time Flex Occupational Therapist for Inpatient Rehabilitation Services in Brockton, MA.

Occupational Therapist Roles and Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Manager of Rehabilitation Services, evaluate each patient referred, completing a full initial evaluation appropriate to the patient's diagnosis according to established procedure and physician order. Make recommendations and develop treatment plans to achieve established goals.

• Collaborate as a member of the patient care team

• Provide supervision for COTAs as needed.

• Provide clinical supervision for affiliated students under guidelines established by the participating educational institutions. May participate in the mentoring program.

Required

• Graduate of an accredited School of Occupational Therapy with a minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.

• Occupational Therapist License in the State of Massachusetts required.

• BLS Certification Required

Preferred

• Acute Care experience
