• Industrial Rehabilitation Saunders Therapy Centers, Inc. is an EMPLOYEE-OWNED outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice with a sub-specialty in Industrial Rehabilitation services

• Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Hardening programs. We have specialized in Industrial Rehabilitation since 1989 and have three offices in the Twin Cities metro area.
  
  Our Industrial Rehabilitation teams are passionate, experienced professionals including OTs, PTAs, and COTAs. We need a full time occupational therapist to join our Industrial Rehabilitation team. The perfect candidate has orthopedic and/or traumatic brain injury treatment experience, with a focus on functional rehabilitation and return to work.
  
  Experience in pain neuroscience education and motivational interviewing are a bonus. WE WILL TRAIN the right candidate. Compensation package consists of a competitive base salary, commensurate on experience, and an incentive commission.

  Perform Functional Capacity Evaluations using the Saunders Method Perform Work Hardening Evaluations Quickly establish rapport with clients, coworkers, and referral partners.
