Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.
Adult Inpatient Acute Care experience required. EPIC experience preferred. Opportunity to work in hematology/oncology, orthopedics, and surgical specialties (plastic surgery, vascular surgery, surgical oncology).
Weekday and Weekend shifts available.
Tier 2: 6 weekend shifts per quarter (3 month period) OR 10 total shifts per quarter, 4 of which have to be weekends. One holiday, one holiday weekend and 1 high need day per year.
Tier 3: 4 weekend shifts per month. One holiday, one holiday weekend and 1 high need day per year.
The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupational therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs.
The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Relevant inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
State of Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license is required.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days.
