This position would be working 2 days a week from 8am-4:30p at our facility in Kent, WA.
The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for OT evaluations and development and implementation of the OT plan of care in accordance with PACE policies. The OT is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and responsible to communicate and coordinate care with the team as well as multiple outside providers, caregivers and family members. The OT functions independently, working in multiple settings including the PACE center, participant homes, Adult Family Homes, Assistive Living Facilities and nursing homes. The OT assumes responsibility for participants treated by the OTA and OT Aide.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License Or
Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License - if practicing within this state
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree Occupational Therapy Or
Ph.D. Occupational Therapy
1 year Experience working as an occupational therapist in a geriatric setting.
