SelectKids in Virginia Beach - Suffolk, VA is seeking help from local occupational therapists for part time and per diem coverage in our pediatric outpatient center. You MUST have pediatric experience to be considered. New graduate occupational therapists with level II course work in pediatrics are welcome to apply. Mentoring will be provided- but note this is a part time/ PRN opportunity. We hope the hours grow to full time in the future, only needing part time or per diem (PRN) at present.
We have three offices in the Hampton Roads community between Virginia Beach and Suffolk. We contract with six cities to provide their early intervention services. We are looking for a dynamic and flexible occupational therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs and SLPs.

Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications to patients and customers.
Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
National and state licensure or registration REQUIRED to start.
Previous pediatrics, outpatient or related experience a PLUS.
Valid driver's license.
