We are looking for an Occupational Therapist for our Home Health department in Thousand Oaks!We pay $86 per/visit and this is a per-diem opportunity for about 10 visits per/week, possibly more. - Evaluate the level of function and initiate a plan of treatment for Occupational Therapy to assist with relieving pain, preventing disability, developing body skills, restoring function and maintaining maximum capabilities through the use of graded functional Occupational Therapy activities
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist
- At least one year of experience in occupational therapy
- Experience in a variety of settings a plus
