Centrex Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a licensed Occupational Therapist to work on-call at our long-term care center located in Eagle, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have some weekday availability.

This position and location is eligible for:

• Competitive base pay rate at $60 per hour
