Occupational Therapist - Lymphedma & Oncology

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 40 hours per week. 8-hour shifts scheduled Monday

• Friday between the hours of 7:00 am

• 6:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

Pay:

• External hires may be eligible for up to a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

• Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist

• Lymphedema & Oncology who:

• Enjoys a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach to providing care.

• Is invested in the evaluation and treatment of patients with oncology and lymphedema conditions in an ambulatory setting.

• Is motivated by continued professional growth and is stimulated by a culture of clinical learning and teaching in a large academic system.

Education:

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Preferred

• Master's degree.

Work Experience:

Preferred

• Two (2) years prior relevant experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum -

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within three months of hire.
