Schedule Details: This role includes holidays and regular weekend assignments. The position requires a minimum availability of 8 shifts per month (combined weekends and weekdays). Hours of operation include 7am to 7pm depending on the hospital location and shift demands.

About Us:

The Department operates three inpatient service locations including Waukesha Memorial Hospital Campus, Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago Hospital. These three locations combine to complete over 1,700 inpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff cares for patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and medical diagnoses. The department has 13 occupational therapists, and 3 occupational therapy assistants.

What You Will Do:

Evaluates individuals referred for occupational therapy services. Establishes an occupational therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment. Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment. Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelors of Occupational Therapy.

• Current BLS certification through AHA (or ability to obtain at time of hire).

• Occupational Therapist licensure required through State of WI (OTR).

• At least 1 year of occupational therapist experience preferred.
