Job Description Summary
Evaluates and treats patients for Occupational Therapy needs in an Oncology setting at Hollings Cancer center at MUSC downtown. Develops treatment plans based on assessment.
Under the general supervision of the lead Therapist, functions as a staff therapist. Patient populations served: adolescent, adult and geriatric for a variety of diagnosis to include but not limited to: neurologic, orthopedic, post surgical, medically complex, outpatient throughout the Charleston area hospital system.

Education: Bachelors or Master's Degree
Required License Certification and Registration: Licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the South Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy and registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
