Overview:

Reedsburg Area Medical Center is now hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist position to join a qualified team of therapy professionals in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. As an employee of Reedsburg Area Medical Center, you’ll practice in an environment that promotes individual growth and evidence-based medicine. A minimum of one year of previous work experience as an Occupational Therapist in the pediatric setting is required.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The OT hired will treat a mix of pediatric patients within the hospital outpatient setting. Co-treating with Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists is available.

Therapists on the team see a maximum of 10 patients per day. Evaluations are scheduled for 1 hour. Treatment sessions are scheduled in 30 minute or 45 minute intervals based on the preference of the clinician. Time is provided and blocked for documentation.

Pay & Benefits:

A brand-new grad can expect to receive an hourly rate in the ballpark of $36 per hour. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired.

Work Schedule:

This full-time position currently works 4 days, 10 hour shifts per day, Monday- Thursday. The opportunity for 8 hours per day and 5 days per week is available.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

• 1 year of previous experience in pediatrics is required.

• Full-time is required.
