Occupational Therapist (Hand Therapy) -10K Sign-On Bonus

Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive!-- Salary Range $70,000 to $108,000 annually + Production Incentive + Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience and job related factors.

We currently have an opening for a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. We are an outpatient clinic providing a wide range of services, including post-operative, neck & spine rehabilitation, and hand therapy. We are looking for a therapist who has experience in upper extremities (hands, wrists, elbows, and arms). CHT certification is not required but preferred. We offer individualized mentorship and development for those interested in becoming a certified hand therapist.

Position Summary:

• Provide Occupational Therapy evaluation and treatment to patients
• Create individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
• Provide rehabilitation therapies for hands, wrists, elbows, and arms

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an occupational therapy curriculum approved by the licensing board.
• Experience in hand therapy/upper extremity highly preferred
• Current State licensure for the practice of occupational therapy.
