Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Assisted Living Facility

An Assisted Living Facility in Portland, Oregon, is looking for an Occupational Therapist to help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life. If you’re passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Pay Range:$90,000 - $100,000 annually

Your Role:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Guide residents through treatment programs that enhance mobility and daily functions.
• Track progress, adjust care plans when needed, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Oregon OT license.
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques, EMR systems, and industry regulations.
