Occupational Health & Wellness Clinical Coordinator

Job Description

Coordinates and provides a variety of occupational clinical services to area corporations and community groups. Conducts Hazmats/Respirator/Insurance physicals, which includes several different components depending on company profile. Assists attending physician with treadmill testing. Cross trains associates with the various physical exams and conducts education classes as deemed necessary. Assists with on-site immunizations, blood draws, drug screens and breath alcohols. Assists in improving quality and professionalism of all staff through communication to Wellness Manager for follow up. Utilizes and assists with the Wellness Portal along with the Wellness Manager and software support. Assists with the coordination of Health Fair events for clients.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• MA Certification or LPN License

• BLS Life Support Certification

• Valid Indiana Drivers License

Experience:

• Three plus years experience in Occupational Health.

• Two years experience in clinical setting.

• Phlebotomy proficiency preferred.

Education

• Graduate of accredited medical assistant program or nursing program
