Job Summary:

Fulton County Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health RN to join our Occupational Medicine team. This position will primarily provide occupational health services for employees at Sauder Woodworking in Archbold, Ohio. The successful candidate may also cross-train and occasionally provide coverage for FCHC occupational medicine services. Duties include pre-employment physicals, biometric screenings, flu and other vaccinations, drug testing, specimen collection, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-employment physical screenings and assessments.
• Administer biometric screenings and health assessments.
• Deliver flu vaccines and other necessary immunizations.
• Conduct drug testing and specimen collection in accordance with regulations.
• Manage data submission and accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the Occupational Medicine team to ensure the delivery of high-quality health services.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor's in Nursing required).
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience working in an employee health clinic or primary care office is preferred.
• Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) certification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
