Areas of Oversight Summary: AultWorks is a regional occupational medicine provider that offers fully staffed medical clinics and on-site nursing programs. AultWorks also offers health fairs and educational programs to promote employee wellness. Additionally, AultWorks serves as a drug screen collection site for any company, regardless of the lab used, and we serve national electronic drug screen vendors like FormFox.


Position Summary:


The Director of AultWorks is responsible for the operations, financial performance, outcomes, and strategy of Aultman#s occupational medicine service line.# This service line includes direct oversight of three occupational medicine clinics, Aultman Health Foundation#s employee health services, and multiple on-site nursing/provider clinics at area employers.


Qualifications:


Bachelor#s Degree Preferred Clinical Licensure Licensed by the State of Ohio 3 # 5 Years of Supervisory Experience Required Experience Working in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Physician Practice Skills: Comfortable Speaking to Large Groups and Presenting Detail Oriented Communicate Effectively Adaptability to Changing Work Environment or Needs Ability to Sell and Promote Occupational Medicine Services to Employers # # Responsibilities

Manage Three AultWorks Occupational Medicine Clinics (60%) Outcomes, Financial Performance, Provider Scheduling, and Staffing # Serve as Aultman Health Foundation#s Manager of Employee Health Services (20%) Outcomes, Staffing, and Employer Reporting Requirements # Oversee Six Employer-Based On-Site Nursing/Provider Clinics (20%) Outcomes, Financial Performance, Contract, Staffing, and Relationship # Lead Two Direct Reports Who Assist with Managing a Staff of Over 30 FTEs Outcomes, Interview # Hire All Staff Colleagues, and Staffing # Accountable for the Profit/Loss Statement of the $4M Net Revenue Service Line Budget, Service Profitability, Pricing, and Charge Entry # # # Promotes Aultman RESPECT values to foster a healthy work environment, while maintaining an environment of fairness and inclusivity. Working Conditions:


Work eight hours a day. Hybrid/WFH schedule available Lunch periods and breaks are coordinated with other staff members to maintain adequate clinic coverage Cross training in all areas in the department is required. Staff may be assigned to different locations within the foundation Travel within a #60# mile radius is required
