The desired candidate will work as an Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) developer supporting 12c enhancements and problem resolution as part of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.4 program. The candidate will work closely with the solution architect, functional resources, infrastructure resources, and configuration change management resources to perform analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions. Works closely with functional consultants to develop technical design documents, develop programs, and unit test to meet business requirements.
Performs analysis of business/functional requirements and determines appropriate technical solutions
Responsible for the technical design and development of Reports, ODI Scenarios, and Data Warehousing support relevant to the OBIEE solution.
Develops technical specifications
Performs system configurations
Assists in development of user guides and training materials
Knowledge of Oracle API's for Payables, Purchasing, Projects & Time and Labor modules
Supports system and user acceptance testing activities, including issue resolution.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven years' large-scale Oracle BI implementation and sustainment experience
Demonstrated technical knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator 11.x, OBIEE 11g, OBIEE 12c, OBIA 188.8.131.52 or higher and PL/SQL.
Proficient in OA Framework, SOA, OBIEE 11 & 12
Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, WebLogic Server, HTML, and XML
Experience in Oracle Data Integrator with Oracle Business Intelligence Applications along with Data Warehouse design and implementation.
Experience with integration to/from Oracle E-Business Suite and legacy systems
Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Nice to have skills:
Prior OBIEE experience supporting Air Force or DoD customers
Prior OBIEE 11 to 12 migration experience.
Experience with Oracle Federal Financials EBS R12.2.4 or above
Relevant certifications, to include OCP, CDFM, CGM, etc.
