A full-scope OB/GYN is needed at an established non-profit healthcare system in Sebring, Florida.

Our client is a long-standing non-profit healthcare system that focuses on patients first, providing award-winning care and a compassionate mission-based philosophy. They pride themselves on their culture of long-term provider tenure and value-based care.

Salary and Benefits 

• Base Salary:$335,000 to $350,000+ (salary commensurate to years of experience)
• Base Salary for new graduates: $325,000
• Additional wRVU bonus (paid quarterly)
• $25,000 sign on bonus
• Relocation Assistance: Yes, up to $15,000

• Paid Vacation Time: 21 days in first year (carry over option available)

• Split role: two days in outpatient clinic, two days elective cases in hospital, and one day for add-ons or seeing patients in hospital.
• Clinic is across the street from hospital
• 24/7 CRNAs on-site
• One OR in hospital dedicated specifically to OB
• 17 hospital suites exclusive to pre and post OB

Responsibilities 

• Full Scope OB/GYN
• Hospital patients are seen are at 35 weeks or more
• 15 to 20 patients per day
• 2 days of hospital call per week
• On occasion, provider will be observed by FMOB and IM residents

Requirements 

• Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Florida (or willing to obtain if out of area provider)
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Full-time role, this is not locums or per diem.
