Job Overview:

The Practice Manager serves as a lead in the practice for staff and patient matters. Coordinates patient services with physicians and staff to provide quality care in an effective manner.

Maintains and updates physician schedules as needed. Monitors supplies and equipment, ordering/repairing as required.. The Practice Manager ensures that policies and procedures are implemented promptly and efficiently. Assists senior management, Providers, and internal Medical Group departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations in the standardization of best practices and processes.

The Practice Manager assists in overseeing the daily operations of the assigned practice sites. Knowledge and experience in patient registration, billing, management of front-end staffing

Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Associate's degree

Bachelor's degree

Five to seven years work experience

Registered Nurse license required
