The Sr. Analyst Finance (Business Analytics) will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and supporting performance action planning the national fleet of Oakley Retail stores. The Sr. Analyst Finance (Business Analytics) will actively collaborate with Regional Managers in the field to root cause store performance issues and Action Plan on turnaround strategies.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads analytics and conducts regular business reviews for Oakley Retail North America
and monitor business performance for Oakley Retail Stores
Lead Monthly Business Review presentations to Oakley Leadership Team, in partnership with Regional Managers
Collaborate with Regional Managers to root cause store performance issues and create turn-around strategy highlighting opportunities in sales trends
Collaborate with Corporate Functions (e.g., Product, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources) to set and execute on strategic store action planning
Equip Regional Managers with ad-hoc analyses and performance reporting
Partner with Oakley corporate functions (i.e., Product, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources) to set and execute on revenue opportunities.
Visit stores in person to diagnose performance and identify key opportunities for driving the business.
BA/BS in finance/accounting/economics/international business
3+ years of business analytics experience, preferably in a retail environment
Strong Project Management and Organizational skills are a must
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Adept analytical ability
Proven ability to present to and interface with senior leaders
Expert level knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office tools
