Nuuly Inspection Clerk (Day Shift)

Role Summary

As an Inspections Clerk, keen attention to detail is required, as a key responsibility will be to identify defects in laundered garments such as stains, rips/tears, odors, and missing components. Utilizing warehouse management systems to tag these defects to ensure accurate tracking. Garments deemed "like new" for customers must undergo proper preparation for storage. A clerk is a motivated team player with a positive outlook, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in inspecting garments for defects.

• Efficiently identifies and flags any imperfections on garments to ensure quality standards are met.

• Strives to consistently maintain or exceed quality and productivity benchmarks.

• Maintains a positive attitude and displays flexibility in handling diverse tasks and shifting priorities.

• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information.

• Proficient in utilizing scanning devices for accurate tracking and documentation.

• Adaptable to perform various warehouse functions as needed to support operational efficiency.

• Willingly undertakes any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager to contribute to the team's success.

Role Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school degree or GED required

• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift

• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods

• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds

• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements

Pay Range

Starting from USD $17.75/Hr.
