The Cashier is responsible for providing hospital staff, students and/or visitors with correct charges for food and beverage service. The Cashier will also provide properly recorded sales and census statistics and proper accounting of all monies received.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate operation of cash register including acceptance of payment and providing proper credit for each charge and making correct change.

• Maintains accurate account of cash and daily receipts in cash register- includes correction of errors and taking proper readings

Requirements/ Qualifications

• High school Graduate or equivalent

• Effective Communication skills
