Employees, including those in our 5-star rated nursing and rehab center have the option to purchase meals and snacks from our Grab #n Go shop or caf#.# General Responsibilities: Responsible for performing indirect care for residents. Assists with orienting residents and their families to Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries upon admission and to the department when transfers occur.

Answers residents# call bells in a timely manner and conveys residents# needs to a licensed nurse or a certified nursing assistant within the scope of their responsibilities. Assists in maintaining a safe, neat and clean environment. Education/Training: A high school diploma, GED or equivalent verbal and numerical skills to read, write and orally communicate with associate workers and residents with English as the essential language and understand the job related information.

ADA:

Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills. Compensation and Benefits:
