Working in close collaboration with the Lead Supervisor RN Supervisor will plan, organize, and directly manage the Nursing Services of the Most Important People on Earth. You will be a visible and key team member in providing the St. Ann's Experience to all.
Job duties include:
Reviews staffing plan
Receives shift report from previous shift supervisor and gives shift report to relieving supervisor
Assesses Residents and facilitates care for condition changes
Evaluates all residents on the Resident condition report
Evaluating continually the nursing services rendered and directing specific resident care if indicated
Making general rounds in each assigned neighborhood/units.
Evaluates and analyzes performance of all staff on nursing units. Providing "in the moment" coaching and education to team members
Obtaining supplies from Pharmacy, Laundry and the Central Supply Room for resident care as needed
RN in the State of New York
Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Three years of progressive nursing experience, or an equal combination of education and experience
Previous experience or knowledge of long term care, skilled nursing, or senior care preferred
