Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in medical records.
Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean.
Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team in coordination of the patient's care as evidenced by other department feedback.
Assist with the completion of prior authorizations with Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance companies.
Document patient communication in the EHR to ensure continuity of care between patients and their providers.
Sign out narcotic scripts to patients, logging their information and maintaining their privacy. Assisting in the collection of urine specimens for UDS and ensuring compliance with the Pain Management program.
Promote effective working relations and work effectively as part of a team to facilitate the Clinic's ability to meet its goals and objectives.
Assist patients, family members, or other clients with concern and empathy; respects their confidentiality and privacy and communicate with them in a courteous and respectful manner
