Responsibilities:
Conduct lectures, discussions, and practical demonstrations to undergraduate nursing students.
Develop and implement curriculum for BS Nursing programs in accordance with accreditation standards.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Evaluate student performance through assessments, examinations, and clinical evaluations.
Collaborate with the nursing department and other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing (Ph.D. or DNP preferred).
Active and unrestricted nursing license.
Previous teaching experience in a nursing program, preferably at the undergraduate level.
Strong clinical experience and expertise in relevant nursing specialties.
Familiarity with current trends, research, and advancements in nursing practice.
2 years of work experience in the field.
