Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator on behalf of client, a large and growing regional provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a mid-sized skilled nursing facility. The Administrator will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, maintaining quality standards of care, and managing financial performance.

What is needed for this position:

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing home administration
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Skills in developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the surrounding community

$125,000 per year pay, based on experience + performance-based Incentive package (base + bonus).  Full Benefits package for Health, Dental, Vision, PTO and other elected benefits.
