Job Overview
The Nursing Director, Women's Health position is responsible for quality management, development, implementation, and evaluation/improvement of Women's Health Services. The Nursing Director coordinates with cross-functional departments, including Women's Health, Quality, Data & Analytics, Epic, and Regional Clinic Operations to identify opportunities for improvement and implement processes that promote strategic goals and initiatives for the successful development, growth, and integration of Women's Health Services. The Nursing Director collaborates with Women's Health and Clinic Leadership to ensure clinic staff provides high quality, accessible, patient-focused, and cost-effective care. The Nursing Director will also perform analysis related to quality of care issues and ongoing reassessments to support evidence-based best nursing practices.
Minimum Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
2.Master's degree in nursing preferred.
3.Current CA license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
4.Minimum of 7 years of clinical care management experience in women's health or closely related fields is required. OB/GYN, contraceptive care, and labor & delivery experience preferred.
5.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial and/or supervisory role required.
6.Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement and/or other quality management-related experience preferred.
7.Advanced certification or licensure in health care or process improvement is preferred.
8.Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) fetal monitoring certification preferred.
9.Current BLS Certification is required within 90 days of hire.
Pay Range: $108,160.00 - $178,984.00 annually
