Our Nursing Clinical Faculty plays a pivotal role in nurturing the growth and development of nursing students within the clinical and laboratory environments. They provide comprehensive instruction aligned with curriculum requirements, ensuring students achieve all skill and performance outcomes.

Additionally, they support administrative tasks such as managing student files, surveys, and schedules, and actively participate in simulation exercises integral to the clinical experience. Commitment to safety is paramount, demonstrated through attendance at assigned training sessions.

Our faculty members deliver personalized instruction and constructive feedback to enhance students' clinical competencies, fostering an environment conducive to learning and professional growth. They collaborate closely with nursing faculty to innovate and refine clinical activities and scenarios, ensuring alignment with educational goals and standards. Regular Touch Base Conversations, aimed at purposeful engagement and formal oversight, occur consistently throughout clinical rotations to monitor student progress effectively.

Furthermore, our faculty members contribute actively to campus and system-wide meetings, including annual onboarding and professional development sessions, ensuring ongoing enhancement of teaching practices and educational outcomes.
