Job Summary:
Essential Functions:
Provide patients with virtual health assessments, treatment solutions from the Virtual Command Center
Create, implement, and monitor care plans in collaboration with other care teams
Comfortable with technology such as video conferencing and electronic charting
Think and act fast in emergency scenarios
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited Nursing Program or currently enrolled in program. Master's degree in nursing as Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) preferred. Master's degree in nursing as Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) accepted. Master's degree in nursing as CNL preferred within no longer than 4 years, unless already has CNS degree.
Possession of a current or compact state license as a Registered Nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa.
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter
Basic Life Support certified within six (6) weeks of hire. Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
Minimum of eight (8) years in clinical focus area preferred. Three (3) years leadership experience (including Charge RN experience) required.
