Be part of the Saint Therese difference! We are seeking Nurse Supervisors (RN) to join a dynamic team at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers.

Positions available: 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend. This position will also work every other holiday.

Location Information

Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our four Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury.

Responsibilities:

Manages and supervises the activities of a shift in the care center. Acts as a resource in interpreting nursing policies and procedures and their application to residents and staff. Assigns staff to handle campus emergencies in the absence of administrative staff.

Qualifications:

Experience: Three years of nursing experience is required.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Special knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations

• Excellent communication skills written and verbal are essential.

• Proven history of good judgement and integrity

• High level of commitment to compassionate customer service
