This is a paid nurse residency program for graduates of an approved BSN program, with less than one 12 months nursing experience and with a strong desire to work with oncology patients. Candidates with an outstanding profile will be considered for this exceptional program.

Professional resume
A short essay (less than 500 words): Describe the experiences that qualify you to be considered as a candidate for the Nurse Residency Program. Please include all academic, personal, work experience, and electives you have had that relate to nursing.
Job Summary
Assesses, implements, and evaluates care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician. The RN is knowledgeable about principles, theories, current methods and techniques of nursing practice. Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with the patient, patient's family member(s)/significant others, professional peers and other members of the health care team to individualize patient care. Directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to the standards of nursing practice, administrative and departmental policies and procedures. PA Registered Nurse License is required within two months from date of hire. Less than 12 months as an RN required to apply.
Education
Bachelor's Degree: Nursing
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
