Nurse Practitioner

West Side Family Health is looking for a Full Time Nurse Practitioner This position is responsible for: This position would be responsible for:

Caring for patients of all ages. Accessing patient health concerns and needs, maintain patient records, administer care to primary care and urgent care patients. Initiate, review, and revise treatment plans.

Reinforce patient education on matters regarding physical and mental health. Ordering diagnostic studies as indicated. (laboratory, radiology). Full Job description will be given on confirmation of interview. Required: Masters’ degree or equivalent NP Certification from accredited program.

Current, valid California NP and RN license, issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing Current NP furnishing number Current DEA number Current BLS.
