Essential Functions Obtaining complete medical history and physical data on patients Determine appropriate diagnostic procedures as needed Perform complete physical exams and record results in EMR, maintain and review charts Order appropriate lab and diagnostic procedures Educate patient and families regarding medications, health, and illness protection Extensive knowledge of school-age, adolescent, and adult healthcare needs. Perform other related work as necessary Education and Experience Must be a graduate or pursuing graduation from an accredited school or program. Active Delaware State License as a Nurse Practitioner Eligibility for/current Delaware Controlled Substance License 1-3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner National Certification or a current Medicare/Medicaid number Verifiable current Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR certification.
