Nurse Practitioner

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Master's Degree in Nursing -- Geriatric Nurse Practitioner

• Minimum two (2) years of experience as Registered Nurse in an ambulatory care clinical setting.

• New York State Licensed Registered Professional Nurse

• New York State Licensed Nurse Practitioner

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Nurse Practitioner provides care to patients and their families in the ambulatory care setting based on standards of nursing practice. Assesses patients, develops nursing care plan for treating actual or potential health problems, and provides education and counseling; delegates tasks when necessary. Responsible for the completion of clinical reports and documentation in the ambulatory care area

The salary range for the role is $119,059 to $131539 annually.

The salary range or contractual rate listed is subject to applicable differentials for experience, shift, certification, or education. Rates are pro-rated for part time employees.
