Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose sources of pain

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapies and interventions

• Administer injections and perform minimally invasive procedures under physician supervision

• Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and self-management techniques

• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes and improve quality of life

Qualifications:

• Current NP or PA license in the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)

• Certification in Pain Management or willingness to pursue certification

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team
