This is a PRN opportunity - flex scheduling.

• You will have the opportunity to sign up for shifts anywhere from 1 to 3 months in advance

• You will hold priveleges for all 3 locations in Jacksonville

• Weekday shifts include:

• 8a-5p

• 9a-6p

• 10a-7p

• 11a-8p

• Occasional partial/half days may also be available

• Occupational Medicine/Employee Health focused practice, also offering Urgent Care services

• OnSite Physical Therapy Department

• Utilize Allscripts Touchworks EMR

• See on average, 3 patients per hour

Responsibilities

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:§ Assures personal compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies.§ Evaluates and treats Center patients in accordance with Concentra's medical model.§ Establishes and monitors appropriate level of care for center patients.§ Completes all medical record documentation prior to end of shift.§ Works with Center Medical Director to ensure operations are consistent with medical and professional standards of care, Association and Concentra.§ Meets with Concentra's Medical Director or designate to discuss quality of patient care, review policies, procedures, outcomes reports, and records.§ Participates in quality management processes including encouragement of clinical support staff to assure proficiency in the delivery of clinical support activities.§ Calls client representatives following employee treatment for initial injury and/or at any significant change in status.§ Calls patients to ensure their well-being as needed following center visits.§ In the absence of Center Medical Director, provides guidance to other medical personnel and center colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• Board Certification

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a a related setting

• DEA required prior to start date if not already certified (candidate responsibility)

• FMCSA NRCME required prior to start date if not already certified (we provide this CME)

• Proficient in treating a patient demographic ages 2 and older

• Proficient in the treatment of all minor injuries and interpretation of xray images
