We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner- Primary Care to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Nurse Practitioner- Primary Care, you will play a critical role in providing primary care services to patients under the supervision of our medical director. You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients about preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories
• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
• Provide counseling and education to patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and quality care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
