Elmwood Primary Care, a hospital-employed, outpatient family medicine practice located in the City of Waterville, on the banks of the Kennebec River is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their established practice. Join a dynamic team in providing a full range of health care services for patients.

In this role, you will:

• manage your own panel of patients.

• provide team-based care in collaboration with the practice medical staff, care management, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and LCSW.

• enjoy a four day per week clinical schedule with a dedicated administrative day.

Direct clinical experience as a NP or PA is strongly preferred, however new graduates with extensive, related experience will be considered.
