Stamford Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pre-Surgical Optimization Program clinic team! Our Pre-Surgical Optimization Program, known as POP, is designed to optimize the results of our patients' surgical procedures. All patients having scheduled inpatient surgery at Stamford Hospital are required to attend a POP appointment. In this role, the APRN or PA will evaluate our patients' readiness for surgery & develop an individualized plan based on medical history, health status, & postoperative needs.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8a-4pm - no weekends or on call required

Clinic Location: Tully Health Center, 32 Strawberry Hill Court, Stamford, CT 06902

Successful completion of a program accredited by the State of Connecticut
