Currently seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in a hospital-based employee health clinic in Napa, CA. The ideal candidate has experience in hospital-based occupational medicine and California Workers Compensation management. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM. This position requires no weekend or on-call hours; however, with advanced notice, flexibility for additional hours is preferred, as requested by the client.
This unique clinical opportunity is well suited for an experienced clinician seeking an opportunity to provide direct medical care and treatment to a specific population on an ongoing basis. This position seeks highly motivated, qualified, and skilled leaders from the medical industry to provide on-site care in a fast paced and patient focused environment. Stability, set schedules, and hands on patient care and management in a comfortable and friendly patient care environment.
The clinic will provide a broad scope of services including the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of workers compensation injuries, urgent care, surveillance and regulatory exams, and preventive services. This position will work closely with an oversight physician assigned to the site. This is a single provider clinic.

Requirements:
  • Current and unrestricted California licensure

  • Current and unrestricted DEA registration

  • Current CPR/AED certification

  • Positive and outgoing personality, and be a collaborative team player

  • Willing to go above and beyond to give excellent customer service

  • Occupational health experience
