As a Clinical Manager/Physician Assistant you will:

  • Provide primary medical direction and coordination of professional healthcare services in a clinical setting

  • Participate in managing the center's medical treatment activities and coordinating center activities with those of other centers

  • Partner to create an environment of clear responsibility, authority, autonomy, and accountability that energizes and encourages staff to perform at their personal best

  • Mentor back-office staff to enhance existing competencies and develop new ones through education and training opportunities, while demonstrating patience, skill, and the ability to help others succeed



  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program - OR - Graduate of an accredited PA program or an accredited university

  • Procedural skill are a plus

  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a primary care specialty and/or occupational medicine

Responsibilities: * Manages imaging equipment assessment needs, acquisition, use and delivery of service. Works with appropriate ancillary and nursing departments and hospital committees to ensure compliance with standards of care. * Oversees the evaluation of products, supplies, space, and capital imaging equipment. Makes recommendations for changes or modifications. * Manages and oversees Radiology's compliance and final documentation of the Joint Commission and other mandated clinical certifying agencies (NRC, MQSA) standards. * Oversees the hiring and performance management of professional staff. Develops staff scheduling. * Works with leadership in developing, implementing, and monitoring the Radiology budget. Leads the planning, organizing and developing of the department's capital budget specific to each section's needs. Participates in planning, data collection, and the preparation of reports. * Performs other duties as required or assigned.
