• Actively engaged, offsite Medical Director to help guide you with your practice

• Established team of RNs and Medical Administrative Assistants at two plant locations

• Opportunity to practice medicine onsite at John Deere in an established clinic with a top employer in the region

• Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients, plant leaders, and the community

• Full-time position

Responsibilities

• Average patients/day: 8-12

• No call requirement

• Schedule: third shift; 9:30PM - 6:00AM

• Musculoskeletal sprains/strains, crush injuries, lacerations, and return to work physicals are most common visits

• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve

• Provide the best outcome for every patient every time

Qualifications

• NP or PA

• Board Certified

• Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Iowa

• Certified to perform DOT Physicals (or willingness to obtain certification)

• Med, Ortho, or Sports Med experience strongly preferred; will consider FM or UC experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Ability to work as a team member
