Actively engaged, offsite Medical Director to help guide you with your practice
Established team of RNs and Medical Administrative Assistants at two plant locations
Opportunity to practice medicine onsite at John Deere in an established clinic with a top employer in the region
Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients, plant leaders, and the community
Full-time position
Responsibilities
Average patients/day: 8-12
No call requirement
Schedule: third shift; 9:30PM - 6:00AM
Musculoskeletal sprains/strains, crush injuries, lacerations, and return to work physicals are most common visits
Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
Provide the best outcome for every patient every time
Qualifications
NP or PA
Board Certified
Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Iowa
Certified to perform DOT Physicals (or willingness to obtain certification)
Med, Ortho, or Sports Med experience strongly preferred; will consider FM or UC experience
Excellent communication skills
Eligible to work in the United States
Ability to work as a team member
