Aylo Health is growing and we are opening a new office in Woodstock, GA JOB SUMMARY: The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and treatment of care for patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. WE OFFER OUR NURSE PRACTITIONERS:

Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating new and existing patient’s medical conditions. Conducting follow-up patient care. Ordering and interpreting lab, radiology, and other diagnostic study results.

Prescribing and referring patients for consultations when appropriate. Answering emergency telephone calls after hours and weekends on a rotating schedule. Administer and order drugs for patients.

Complete all notes/tasks in patient’s EMR account indicating patient status and treatment procedures performed. Perform patient physicals. Providing health education to patients and families.

Supervising/coordinating the activities of patient care and support staff within the clinic. Performs other duties as assigned in accordance with a nurse protocol agreement. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Minimum 1 year clinical experience in Family Practice or Urgent Care required Master’s in Nursing Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Current APRN licensure in Georgia Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration preferred If today is not the right time for a career change, maybe you know a friend who is ready for a change.
