Job Description

A growing, primary care/cardiology practice in Manhattan is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, experienced adult nurse practitioner.

Responsibilities include caring for, diagnosing, and managing patients in both the primary care and cardiology setting. The nurse practitioner will collaborate with the team in diagnosing and creating plans for each patient.
The office is located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. The position is 100% outpatient with minimal call and excellent salary with benefits.

The practitioner also provides clinical consultation to agency non-medical staff, is the signature of record for all treatment planning, and participates in the learning environment of the program.  Welcoming and inspiring care is provided in collaboration with clients using a recovery-based lens and is person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally competent, outcomes driven.</span></span></div> <div><br /> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></span></span></div> <ul> <li style="padding: 0;
