The Nurse Practitioner is an independent health care provider who, working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary health care team, is responsible for providing comprehensive care for our patients (family focused). The Nurse Practitioner educates clients and/or any available family members in order to promote wellness, prevent health problems, maintain current health, and intervene in illnesses.

Requirements

• Must be the graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner school with board certification or eligibility.

• License requirements: Current State License

• Must be CPR certified
