Position: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Shift: day shift

Experience:

2 years Nurse Practitioner or PA experience preferred in primary care

Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in acute care preferred.

Education:

Completion of a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program required.

MSN Required.

Licensures/Certifications:

Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board

Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

Require ACLS certification.

May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).

Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
