Follows proper organizational communication lines to address matters pertaining to job functions including proper reporting relationships Work Contact Group (Internal/External) None Reporting Relationships Reports to (position): Medical Director of Hospitalists Supervises (position(s): None Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: Master#s Degree in Nurse Practitioner Program, National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner Preferred: None Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: Residency and or fellowship training completion required by specialty Preferred: None License, Registry or Certification: Required: Credentialing # malpractice insurance through Medical staff office required. Holds a current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license, along with national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Preferred: None Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Strong Medical Knowledge Base in hospital medicine, Interpersonal skills and management ability to provide patient care. Preferred: Previous inpatient hospitalist experience
